We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an administrative role within a dynamic maritime environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, document management, and filing.
  • Process and manage freight and suppliers’ invoices, including follow-up on due dates and outstanding payments.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting activities including preparation of presentations and summaries.

 

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support roles.
  • Background in accounting or finance functions.
  • Familiarity with the maritime industry or logistics sector.
