We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an administrative role within a dynamic maritime environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, document management, and filing.
- Process and manage freight and suppliers’ invoices, including follow-up on due dates and outstanding payments.
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting activities including preparation of presentations and summaries.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support roles.
- Background in accounting or finance functions.
- Familiarity with the maritime industry or logistics sector.
