Your Responsibilities
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Carefully recruit and select candidates to match the needs of our clients.
- Proactively expand our candidate pools and keep them up-to-date for seamless team access.
- Represent iPS at its best—whether it’s through candidate interactions, posting vacancies, or engaging in market activities.
- Play a vital role in the team’s success, assisting colleagues and actively contributing to the company’s growth.
- Ensure the smooth administrative handling of all candidate-related activities.
What We’re Looking For

- Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (essential) and strong English communication skills.
