This involves focusing on financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control. The role ensures that all financial activities are accurately documented and compliant with relevant regulations, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and maintaining the overall financial integrity of the organization. /ppAdditionally, you would act as deputy of the Finance Director when necessary. /ppWhat will you bring /pulliA master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; /liliMinimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles; /liliProven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant;; /liliExperience in managing accounting operations, accounting close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls; /liliProficiency in financial software and ERP systems; /liliAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling; /liliStrong Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP); /liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey financial information to senior management and external stakeholders; /liliStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team; /liliStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills to support high-level financial planning and decision-making; /liliAbility to perform complex financial analyses and provide actionable insights. /liliExperience with international financial operations and knowledge of international accounting standards; /liliThorough understanding of Dutch tax laws and compliance requirements. Understanding of international tax laws is a plus; /liliExperience in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections; /liliAbility to analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning; /liliExperience in developing and managing internal controls and compliance programs; /liliAbility to ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting; /liliProficient in researching and resolving technical accounting topics for compliance; /liliExperience in improving the efficiency of financial processes; /liliExperience with or willingness to become experienced with sustainability reporting requirements; /liliProactive, self-starting, problem solving; /liliWilling to work a minimum of 60% from office. /li /ulpWhat we offer: /ppCompetitive Compensation with an additional Benefits Package.
