Your Future Mission:

As an International Trader – German Speaking, you will manage the full trading cycle across the DACH markets from sourcing leads and initiating contact with business partners to negotiating contract terms and closing deals. As an International Trader – Arabic Speaking, you will manage the Middle East market. Your journey begins with a comprehensive training program in your first month, designed to provide deep insights into the intricacies of international trading.

We offer hands-on guidance and success from day one. Upon stepping into the role, you’ll hit the ground running by identifying leads and cultivating a robust pipeline of potential prospects within your Market. Your primary objective is to bring substantial and sustainable values to our business acumen, driven by a deep understanding of client and suppliers pain points and needs. To facilitate your deals and ensure operational efficiency, effective coordination with our Logistics and Finance Teams is crucial. Providing timely administrative support to these teams will streamline processes and enhance deal execution.

Above all, success in this role hinges on self -motivation and a steadfast commitment to meeting and exceeding targets. With a resolute, no-excuse mindset, you’ll diligently follow up on leads and drive towards achieving your targets.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Language Fluency: We are seeking candidates who speak Arabic or German plus English fluently, as this will enable them to connect effectively with the locals and collaborate with our team.
  • Learning Ability: Although experience can help, it is not a must for this position. we are looking for candidates with the right attitude and ability to adapt to changes and absorb knowledge based on continuous and critical feedback;
  • Analytical skills and Logical Mindset: You are able to uncover hidden gems, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks through analysis; making right decisions along the way to secure deals and facilitate transactions with strong logical thinking;
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey ideas, negotiate terms, mediate conflicts and use your persuasiveness to your advantage. Any additional language is a plus. You also have a genuine interest in building strong relationships with business partners and team members;
  • Persistence: Your willingness to take initiative and persist through challenges showcases your dynamic and proactive nature;
  • Ambition and self driven: You are driven by an internal hunger for success, this will be the key to reaching your high targets and your future goals;
  • Proactive and pushy: You are eager to push beyond limits and see “no” as a stepping stone toward achieving “yes”;
