As a Marketing Coordinator at Roll Group, you’ll help shape how we present ourselves to the world. Position
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing and communication vision to enhance our distinctive position in the marketplace. Responsibilities include the planning, development and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives, as well as overseeing, coordinating and executing successful global marketing events for the commercial and business development department.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Update internal and external communication tools and manage regional and global social media platforms.
- Develop and execute actions outlined in the strategic marketing plan, while keeping track of its implementation.
- Coordinate the inventory, ordering, and design of promotional and marketing materials at a regional level, liaising globally if necessary.
- Contribute to enhancing our employer brand by playing a vital role in crafting and promoting a positive organizational image.
- Ensure the safeguarding of our corporate identity and taking an active role in crafting and delivering impactful company presentations.
- Plan and organize global meetings, trade shows, and events, coordinating requirements and schedules.
- Manage and coordinate all suppliers, liaising globally when required.
- Structuring marketing content.
- Oversee the regional implementation, maintenance, and upkeep of the organization’s CRM system.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality or equivalent.
- International experience as an intern or student.
- 2 years of relevant experience in similar position
- Practical mindset with growth potential.
- Independent worker.
- Structured working style with excellent organizational talent.
- Proven ability to drive and coordinate suppliers.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Interest and knowledge in sustainability.
- Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing).

Our selection process
