What you’ll do: Responsibilities
- Attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue goals within assigned accounts.
- Develop a business and action plan, determining sales and activity goals required for the attainment of assigned revenue based on your territory.
- Conduct weekly (cold) acquisition to create access to your accounts.
- Maintain a current prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts.
- Develop prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars.
- Utilize sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies. Identify and target competitive prospects and plan strategies to increase market share.
- Work closely with global sales teams on joint and global client opportunities and relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor on a global scale to drive and close long-term global deals in an international setting.
- Broaden knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitive products.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferred in the environment of Mid-Market / Global Accounts.
- Proven ability to sell complex deals.
- Proven acquisition/hunter skills.
- Proven ability to effectively prospect into C-Suite and continually achieve or exceed sales quota.
- Keen discovery skills and a desire to challenge prospects to improve their business processes.
- Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in persuasive communications in Dutch and English.
- Demonstrated success in a team selling environment.
- Skilled in effective use of CRM.
- Driver’s license is a must.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
