Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind commercial growth and client relationships. You’ll actively build your own client portfolio, identify market opportunities, and convert them into long-term partnerships. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, negotiate, and close deals. At the same time, you’ll guide candidates through the entire process—from sourcing to placement—ensuring the perfect match every time.

Requirements

What You Bring

•             At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or consultancy

•             Proven commercial success and an entrepreneurial mindset

•             Strong communication skills and persuasive power

•             Experience with or affinity for international projects

•             Fluent in Dutch and English

Jouw Rol

Als Senior Consultant ben jij de drijvende kracht achter commerciële groei en klantrelaties. Je bouwt actief aan je eigen klantenportefeuille, spot kansen in de markt en weet deze om te zetten in duurzame samenwerkingen. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken, onderhandelingen te voeren en deals te sluiten. Tegelijkertijd begeleid je kandidaten door het hele proces – van sourcing tot plaatsing – en zorg je voor een perfecte match.

Functie vereisten

Wat jij meebrengt

•             Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, sales of consultancy

•             Aantoonbare commerciële successen en een ondernemende mindset

•             Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht

•             Ervaring in of affiniteit met internationale projecten

•             Je spreekt Nederlands, maar schakelt moeiteloos over naar vloeiend Engels.
